Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and suggestions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate situations
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
