Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using our proprietary CRM system and escalation protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining 99% data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases within 2-hour SLA
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions to drive revenue growth
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product catalog and service offerings
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with 98% CSAT score
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST with flexible weekend rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
