Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account status, billing, and service features
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality metrics
- Collaborate with day-team colleagues to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs with service packages
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to thrive in overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible availability
- Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities in fast-paced settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
