Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues within SLA timelines
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team training
- Maintain product expertise across 15+ service lines with weekly certification updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with de-escalation certification
- Available for flexible 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM CST) including weekends
- Fluent in English with written Spanish proficiency highly valued
