Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes in compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and promote premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure night shift schedules
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
