Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using our CRM system
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced night shift settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Reliable transportation for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
