Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including average handle time and customer satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovative ideas
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends/holidays
