- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case records
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (30+ calls per shift)
- Participate in ongoing training for new products/processes
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear diction
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced night shift setting
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Available to work 40 hours/week including weekends
