Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using standardized protocols and CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through continuous improvement
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) with multitasking capability
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM CT with weekend rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
