Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with escalation teams to resolve high-priority customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training to master product updates and service protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure night shift scenarios
- Proven problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends and holidays as needed
