Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated customer issues
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT scores and average handling time
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
