Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams for complex technical escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Participate in monthly training sessions on new products/processes
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements to management
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Available to work 40 hours/week on overnight schedule
