Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rating
- Resolve technical issues and process orders for enterprise clients
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time (AHT) and first contact resolution (FCR)
- Participate in quarterly skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional client visits)
