Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM systems and escalate when necessary
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in high-volume contact center
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
