- Collaborate with the support team to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work the night shift (shift times may vary).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote).
