- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, product knowledge, and system navigation
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
