Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Document all interactions in CRM system while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic typing speed of 40+ WPM
