Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Follow established scripts and call guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.
- Resolve complex issues by escalating them to the appropriate supervisor or team lead.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
