Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently using problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in our CRM software.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and nightly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Proficient in typing and navigating computer applications.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
