- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and account management support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
