- Document customer interactions and feedback in the database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (if remote/on-site equipment provided).
