Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during the night shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management or technical teams.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends, as required by the business schedule.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
