Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and troubleshooting protocols
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
