Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision and detail
- Proactively upsell products/services based on customer needs
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Participate in quarterly training to master new products/services
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center environment
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-stress situations calmly
- Exceptional typing skills (45+ WPM) and multi-tasking capability
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ohio-based residency (for time zone alignment)
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
