Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and account management.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
