As a Night Shift Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails during the designated night shift hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates with precision.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM software experience.
- Must be a US citizen or hold valid work authorization.
