- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution times and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and skill development
- Identify process improvement opportunities during overnight operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Reliable transportation to our Austin facility
