Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during night shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and account-related questions with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to company service protocols.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the support workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call centers (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts and Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
