Responsibilities
- Patrol & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the facility and grounds to ensure safety, identify potential hazards, and enforce security protocols.
- Access Control: Verify credentials of employees and visitors, manage access points, and maintain a secure environment.
- Incident Reporting: Document any irregularities, accidents, or suspicious activities immediately using our digital reporting systems.
- Customer Service: Assist guests and employees with inquiries, provide directions, and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, fires, or medical emergencies by following established emergency procedures.
- Key Management: Manage key access cards and locks for specific areas as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous security experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- License: Valid driver’s license and must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
- Integrity: Strong moral character and ability to remain calm under pressure.
