Responsibilities
- Oversee team operations during weekend and night shifts
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate client communications and service requests
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables
- Train and mentor new shift team members
- Prepare shift reports and handover documentation
- Maintain inventory and equipment readiness
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends and nights (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- 1+ years supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with scheduling software and communication tools
