Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of night shift staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts during overnight operations.
- Train new employees on safety procedures and operational standards.
- Handle minor personnel issues and escalations to management when necessary.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification a plus).
