Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify against packing lists to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift leads and supervisors to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekends (Friday through Sunday) and night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain high accuracy levels in fast-paced environments.
