Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and organize warehouse aisles to maintain optimal flow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the management team.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
