Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team to ensure maximum productivity and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Operations Management: Monitor inventory levels, oversee loading/unloading processes, and resolve operational issues in real-time.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Shift Handover: Provide detailed reports to morning management and ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld devices.
