Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and distribution.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to optimize workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records of inventory movements and daily activities.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience or experience in a logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during high-volume operations.
