Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure warehouse environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of associates, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent shortages.
- Handle customer and client inquiries professionally, ensuring 100% satisfaction and resolving issues on the spot.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
