About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring system stability during critical operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers via phone and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
