Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in high-volume warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete nightly inventory counts and documentation
- Support weekend rush periods as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Comfortable working in low-light conditions with PPE
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
