Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow during night operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required (training provided).
- Schedule Availability: Must be willing to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in order processing and inventory checks.
