Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a 100% safety record by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for domestic and international shipping.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to work weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
