Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: accurately count, sort, and store merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Shift Adherence: Reliable attendance for the assigned night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license or state ID required.
