Responsibilities
- Execute Operational Workflow: Perform daily logistics and processing tasks with precision, accuracy, and efficiency during the weekend shift.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control to ensure all products meet client specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate tracking and organization of inventory stock within the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers and problem resolution.
- Compliance Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is highly valued.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate standard warehouse equipment.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and professional work ethic.
