Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and speed during peak weekend shifts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
