As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach our customers accurately and on time, even when the sun goes down.
Responsibilities
- Fulfillment Operations: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment during night shifts to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by the shift supervisor.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Shift Adherence: Maintain a punctual schedule, including weekend availability and night shift hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with warehouse machinery is preferred.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
