Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory levels by scanning, sorting, and organizing stock according to strict protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Order Picker) with precision and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet customer specifications before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labeling.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
