Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts
- Oversee loading/unloading of shipments and ensure timely dispatch
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including drivers, packers, and quality control staff
- Generate weekend performance reports and operational analytics
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management
- Conduct weekend equipment maintenance checks and preventative care
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with weekend shift scheduling and team coordination
- Associate's degree or relevant industry certification required
