Join Urban Logistics Solutions as a Weekend Operations Manager and lead our weekend fulfillment operations in the heart of Philadelphia. This full-time role offers immediate start and focuses on optimizing weekend logistics while maintaining exceptional service standards. You'll oversee a dynamic team managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and last-mile delivery coordination in our high-volume weekend distribution hub.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15-person weekend team across warehouse and delivery operations
- Optimize weekend inventory cycles and fulfillment workflows
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for Sunday delivery routing
- Implement safety protocols for weekend shift operations
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for weekend staff
- Resolve customer escalations related to weekend deliveries
- Prepare operational reports for Monday leadership handoff
Qualifications
- 3+ years logistics/supply chain management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in warehouse/distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and TMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for time-sensitive operations
- PHL airport zone delivery routing knowledge
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
