As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently to our customers. We value safety, speed, and accuracy in our operations.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Scan packages and verify inventory against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Scissor Lift) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures (OSHA compliance).
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
