Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Safely load and unload trucks utilizing proper forklift and pallet jack equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet strict daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance of warehouse machinery and work areas.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent reliability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
