Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Unload and load delivery trucks efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Report any damaged inventory or equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read labels and reports.
